Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Services or the enjoyment of any user, including without limitation, uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms or any other harmful code, sending excessive or unsolicited messages, email or other communications to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services or design any content to do the same make unsolicited offers or advertisements to other users of the Services collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent interfere with or disrupt any networks, equipment, or servers.

Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including violating or appropriating the intellectual property rights of a third party.

Modify or remove any trademark, copyright or proprietary notice contained in the Services.
